5th-8th Grade & Religious Ed
In order to play any Christ King School sports, students must be 5th-8th grade parish school or Religious Education Program students.
Also required:
- Physician completed physical examination form on file with the parish (updated every two years for every player)
- Completed online Athletic Registration record (with specific participation fee for each sport paid).
