Tuition
Christ King is a tuition-based parish school. We offer financial assistance to qualifying families but are not part of the Milwaukee Parental Choice Program.
The school is the parish’s largest ministry and financial parish stewardship subsidizes the significant gap between the cost of operating a school and tuition charged. As such, Active Parish members receive a reduced tuition rate.
Families are considered eligible for the Active Parishioner Rate if they meet the following criteria:
- Be/Become registered parishioners
- Be/Become active in the life of the parish, including Sunday Mass and Holy Days of Obligation
- Contribute to parish financial stewardship via the online giving platform

Fees
Registration fees are based on date of enrollment submission and adhere to the following schedule:
- Register by February 15, 2026: $225
- Register by June 5, 2026: $300
- Register after June 6, 2026: $375
Tuition encompasses all other fees for K3-5th grade, including milk, recess and field trips.
An additional $125 technology fee is assessed to middle school students for the 2026-27 year.
Optional fees for families may include Extended Care Program, Athletics, school picture purchases and Parent Engagement.
Financial Aid
Our parish and Pastor, Fr. Phillip Bogacki, believe Catholic education should be accessible for all families seeking one. Financial assistance is provided to families through established school endowment funds.
The financial need for our financial assistance program is based on 175% of the government established standard of poverty. However, additional allowances will be made for families with documentation of excessive medical expenses or other unusual circumstances. Families should complete and submit the application at the time of registration. All applications will be reviewed in late spring with additional submissions approved on a rolling basis until funds are depleted.

Tuition Payment Options
All tuition payments are made through Blackbaud Tuition Management. Christ King does not handle any checks for tuition payments.
Payments can be paid in installments. Interest is not charged. All payments, regardless of the plan chosen, are accepted electronically through the Blackbaud platform, not to Christ King. A $40.00 fee will be assessed for each electronic payment that is past due or returned for non-sufficient funds (NSF).
- One-time payment due on or before July 31, 2026
- Bi-Annual payment plan. Payments are evenly divided in two installments. Payments are due on or before July 31, 2026, and January 31, 2027
- Eleven-month payment plan. Payments are evenly divided over eleven consecutive months, processed on the twenty-fifth of each month. Payments will begin on or before July 25, 2026, and end May 25, 2027. This option must be used if you are participating in Extended Care/Cavalier Club.
