80 Hour Eucharistic Adoration & Devotion

Wednesday, October 9, 9:00 PM until Sunday, October 13, 10:30 AM Mass

With humble prayer and thanksgiving, Christ King Parish will celebrate our 80th Anniversary with 80 continuous hours of Eucharistic Adoration and Devotion. Our 80 hours begin Wednesday, October 9 at 9:00PM. At this time Fr. Phillip will formally open our time of dedicated adoration and prayer. The Christ King community will continue to pray until the 10:30AM Mass on Sunday, October 13. Archbishop Jerome Listecki will preside at this Mass of thanksgiving and celebration.
To prepare for this special time in our parish, help is needed for:
  • Adoration sign-up: We are in need of two adorers to be present at all times. Please sign-up for a holy hour(s) below or at church entrances beginning September 21/22. This will allow more parishioners the chance to come, adore, and offer their devotion and prayer during that time.
  • Leading Prayer: lead a five-minute prepared devotion staggered throughout the hours
  • Block of Hours: be present for a set period of time
  • Hospitality Table: prepare and/or put out coffee and snacks
  • Family Pizza/Prayer Holy Hour: Friday or Saturday evening
  • Most Importantly: Be present for as long and as often as possible
If you are available to help lead a prayer, tend to the hospitality table, or the Family Pizza/Prayer hour, please contact Cindy Schmidt, or the Christ King Parish Office,

Please EMAIL Kelly Hemauer with sign-up questions or if you need to choose another date. If you are having a technical issue with the online signup form, please EMAIL Laura Shears.
