Adult & Family
Alpha is a series of gathering to explore big life questions and is an introduction to the Christian Faith. Every Alpha contains free food, a short talk, and a discussion. Alpha is for anyone (adult and teens) who have questions about the Christian Faith or would like to have a deepened relationship with God. Want more info on signing up? Check it out HERE.
These groups offer an opportunity for parishioners to come together for faith sharing, prayer and fellowship. There's a group that's perfect for everyone; couples, singles, men, women, mixed, and young adults. They provide a casual and welcoming atmosphere to deepen faith, build relationships and learn how we are all called to serve and be disciples of Christ. Whether you are just learning what that means or you have been doing it for a long time, small groups provide a space for you to grow.
Have you ever thought about taking the next step? Perhaps you have never been part of a Christian community, but now you feel drawn to begin this journey of faith in Jesus Christ. Or perhaps you were baptized and raised in another Christian tradition, but now you want to continue your life of faith in the Catholic Church. Or maybe you have received some of the Sacraments of Initiation in the Church, but desire to receive the fullness that the Lord wants to give you through the Eucharist or Confirmation.
If you find yourself in one of these situations, we want to listen to your story, answer your questions, and walk with you in the beauty of the Catholic faith. If you want to know more, please fill out information here or EMAIL Emily Linn with any questions.
Playgroup Are you a mom looking to meet other moms in the parish? We offer a DROP-IN playgroup (no registration needed) It will be held the 1st and 3rd Friday of the month from 9-11am in the church basement playroom (enter parish on 91st St and take stairwell to left just before entering the church). The first playgroup of each month will coincide with first Friday Adoration so you will have the opportunity to leave your little ones for a bit and head upstairs for some quiet prayer time.
