Hi, my name is Lynn Lesko and I am thrilled to be joining the Christ King School community as a new K5 teacher (K5A).

As a little girl growing up in Wauwatosa, I spent endless hours "playing school" and dreaming of someday becoming a teacher with a real classroom and real students of my own. Imagine my delight to be living out my dream...in my hometown, no less. I am thrilled and anxious to get back into a faith filled classroom.

I come to Christ King School with a degree from the University of Wisconsin-Milwaukee in Early Childhood Education and extensive teaching experience, both in and out of the classroom. For the past 6 years I have been working with kindergarten, 1st and 2nd graders at St. Mary's in Elm Grove, where it was a joy establishing relationships with my students and their families. Prior to that, I taught 3rd graders at Mother of Good Counsel Grade School and 3 year olds at Wauwatosa Nursery School.

I have had a passion for catholic education for more than 15 years and have been very fortunate to have remained in the field on a part-time basis while raising my two amazing children, Hannah-15 and Joe 13. I have many things in my life for which I am eternally grateful. Hannah and Joe would have to be #1 on that list. They are truly wonderful human beings and I am so proud of the kind and compassionate people that they are growing up to be. I thank God each and every day for allowing me to be their mom.
