Snow Days / School Closing

When there is a weather emergency, it is important to listen to the radio and TV stations.  Christ King School will close when either Milwaukee Public Schools or Wauwatosa Public Schools close.  Please do not call the school or rectory for this information.

If Christ King School is closed for any other reason, you will receive a call from either a faculty member or the room parent in your child’s class.

Should an emergency occur while the children are at school, all children shall be kept at school until a parent or his or her designee comes to get the child.  If the public school schools close early because of severe weather, Christ King personnel will dismiss the children only if the parent comes to pick up the children.  If parents or their designee do not come the children will not be dismissed until the end of the day or until it is safe to exit the building.
