Retreats
Students in the Middle School begin the school year with a retreat during the first month of school. Grade six students begin with a Mass and then walk to Mount Mary College for a day of reflection lead by teacher facilitators.
Students in Grade 7 go to the Schoenstatt Center in Waukesha to spend the day on activities suited to their age or class theme.
In Grade 8 all students participate in the Ropes and Ladders Activities at Oconomowoc. This is a day devoted to team building and trust.
On Holy Thursday, the entire student body participates in a time of reflection culminating with a prayer service. Activities are planned according to grade level and include meditation and usually a craft project. All faculty members help to facilitate the activities for the students. Activities vary from year to year.
