PACK MEETINGS AND EVENTS

Pack Meetings are important gatherings that scouts and their parents are expected to attend. Pack meetings are held once a month as listed below. If you have any questions, please contact Shelley Harrington, Committee Chairperson (771-2573), Mike Rakowiecki, Cubmaster (476-0310) , or Chuck Koehler, Assistance Cubmaster (476-4204).

**All Meetings held in the North Hall at 7pm unless otherwise noted.

September 5^th Parent Meeting/Orientation

September 25^th Pack Meeting, Candy Sale Kick-Off, Information and starter kits will be distributed.

October 29^th Pack Meeting, Dessert Auction (Scout and parent create and bake their own masterpiece to sell via silent auction. Don’t forget your checkbook!), Award for Bobcats

November 27^th Pack Meeting, Den Demo, Candy Sale Awards

December 18^th Pack Meeting, Den Demo, Christmas Party

TBA Winter Event

January 22^nd Pack Meeting, Den Demo, Pass out Pinewood Derby Car, Boy Scout Demonstration

February 26^th Pack Meeting, Den Demo, Indian Mound Reservation, Rechartering

March 9^th Blue and Gold Dinner, Parents and Scout only. 1 to 2pm set-up and decorate tables. 5 to 8pm dinner and entertainment. Arrow of Light Presentation for Webelos.

March 15^th Pinewood Derby (8am registration and weigh-in; 10am racing begins)

April 5^th Scouting for Food

April 22^nd Pack Meeting, Den Demo

Scout Baseball Season – End of April to End of May

May 20^th Pack Meeting, Advancement Night. Last meeting for year.

June All Scout Mass (usually 1^st Saturday in June at the 4:30pm mass)
